  the service was awful. the ordering machines were near broken and the workers attitudes were awful. not gonna come back after this

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this KFC location. My order was missing multiple items — the drink, fork, napkins, and even ketchup were not included. When I called the store to report this, the staff member admitted that it was their mistake, but then hung up on me abruptly without offering any apology, refund, or solution. Admitting an error and then ending the call like that is completely unacceptable. The lack of basic items and the rude, dismissive attitude afterward show a serious problem with customer service. I am shocked by how this situation was handled. Is this really the level of service customers are expected to accept? I strongly question how staff at this location are trained. I will not be returning to this location.

  Seems a few people had bad experiences but not my case at all. I order on the app as the offers there are cheaper. Food is always standard KFC so decent and they’ve never got my order wrong. The weird thing is the order # the app spits out is always different from their order # at this location. Doesn’t matter as under my name on that scoreboard above. Just strange.

  The food was just bad. The chicken are tasteless and the bone are black. The crust doesn't exist. It feels like a fake KFC, they don't have the recipe and they trying to replicate it. The coleslaw tasts like paint thinner. The fries, if we can call them fries were saggy and very salty.

  No one at the counter. Only could order at a machine that was very very slow. I got the twister wrap to go. When I got home and opened it the wrap was so stale that it was just cracked up the sides and just completely fell apart. Also didn’t taste very good.
