I recently visited this location of KFC, I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The food quality was outstanding — the chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just the way it should be. The flavor was fresh, well-seasoned, and served hot.

I have been to a lot of KFCs in Vancouver, and this is the only restaurant that rips you off with the pieces of chicken you are supposed to get.
Every time I order spicy, they only give legs and thighs — no white pieces, no chicken wings — unless you order the original recipe. This is the only location that does this.
Every other KFC I have been to, from downtown to the east side of Vancouver, gives you the pieces you are supposed to get.
Wake up, KFC. Not everyone likes the original recipe. Spicy is your most popular item on the menu, so why you do this is beyond me.
To be honest, you are cheating people and not following the protocol for how you are supposed to distribute your pieces of chicken when it comes to spicy.
It is really odd that this is the only location that does this. It makes you wonder what is happening to all the white pieces when they are making spicy chicken.
Even more bizarre is why they refuse to make any white pieces at all.
You are a chain. All restaurants are supposed to be the same. Remember, a chain means consistency — not one location acting differently from all the others.
If this is an owner’s decision, he should lose his franchise for that location on West Broadway.
You are only cheating your customers. Fix this.
