When I tried using the in-store ordering tablet, half of the menu was missing. Finally, when I approached the cashier to place an order, the staff looked at me, said I should have ordered online, and walked away. The staff behave like people from the jungle, as if they have never seen other humans before and have no idea how to interact with them. A restaurant that makes ordering food this difficult and treats customers like an inconvenience should seriously rethink how it operates

The skin is very moist and pale looking. The grease in the bucket? Let it rest on racks before packaging please. The gravy is unpredictable. Inconsistent taste.
