I ordered 8pcs chicken and 2 sliders. To my surprise, the sliders are so small. Not as shown on promo pictures. And the bun is just improvised- quarter cut of a regular bun. For $3?
Also, only 1 crew was working. This is the only KFC location that I have known that asks for tip.
I want to post a photo of the slider but I don’t see any means. I think google doesn’t allow it? Weird.

I visited the KFC location at 49th and Knight, and overall I had a good experience. The staff were polite and my order was prepared quickly. The restaurant was clean and organized, and the food was fresh and hot. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and everything was served properly.

Thursday night, we decided to order take out. I showed up 10 mins after ordering and waited 35 additional minutes for the food. There were 7 other people upset and waiting for their food.
Not sure if they were just understaffed, didn’t care, or too many people ordered at once. The food received was cold, didn’t taste great either. Don’t recommend this place, take the drive - get your food elsewhere.

This place is a disaster. Waited 30 minutes for food that somehow came out cold and awful. How do you mess up fried chicken this badly? KFC used to be decent — this location has completely run it into the ground. The staff was rude, dismissive, and clearly incapable of handling a basic fast-food rush. If you can’t manage customers at night, hire more people or lock the doors. Absolute waste of time and money. Easily one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had.

By far the worst location ever and I rarely write reviews.
Ordered ahead of time and took overall 40 minutes for 1 order. Fries were probably completed before the chicken was ready so they became all soggy and cold. Then the chicken itself looked like the skin was melting off and just the meat left underneath. Ordered popcorn chicken at they tasted like they were left out and stale.
Felt like I was eating just wet chicken meat. The employees looked so lost and slow while the store was filled with 10 or more waiting for their orders.
The whole order tasted so bad I don’t even want to imagine it ever again. I would suggest everyone to avoid at all costs unless you want a meal you’ll never forget all for the wrong reasons.
