  No service. Food taste worse any other fast food crap I've ever eaten. Go somewhere else.

  Maadan (hope I pronounced it right) was fabulous. We ordered a poutine and were given the wrong one. She came out, explained the mix-up, and still made sure we received the correct order. Excellent service!

  When I tried the poutine... the cheese curds tasted like rubber, the gravy tasted like sewage pipes and the fries are soggy as hell. On the other hand... the two piece chicken tasted like they rushed this for 2 minutes. The breading looked off because they obviously rushed and had no crispness. I'd honestly rather eat it at home than coming back to this place.

  I am writing to express my extreme anger and disappointment with your service after what can only be described as a completely unacceptable experience yesterday. I placed an online order for a Meal for 2 I arrived at the restaurant at the expected pickup time around 8:50 PM, only to be told by your employee that there was no order under my name. No apology, no explanation — just a flat denial. I was then forced to stand there and wait for 35 full minutes while the staff supposedly "checked" something that clearly never existed in your system. During this entire time, I received zero updates, zero courtesy, and zero sense that anyone actually cared about the situation. This was not a minor inconvenience — I was late for my work shift because of your company's failure, which caused me real professional stress and potential consequences. Your online ordering system took my money without hesitation, but when it came to delivering the product I paid for, the entire process collapsed. This is not how a global brand like KFC should treat paying customers. I feel cheated, disrespected, and completely let down. I will escalate this to consumer protection authorities, post detailed reviews on Google, Trustpilot, & social media.
