  I ordered through their app and it took ONE HOUR to get my food. On top of that, they gave me whatever they wanted instead of what I ordered (I asked for non-spicy chicken wraps and they were spicy). To make it worse, the guy who handed me the order was extremely rude, almost throwing the bag at my face. This is by far the worst KFC location I’ve ever been to in my life. Slow service, wrong orders, and terrible manners.

  Customer service sucks! Took too long before they serve you. The old woman who works there are so mean!!!! Need to retired she must be tired working in there.

  Before going there, I read recent reviews, and they were terrible. My wife asked me to go try her new KFC sandwich. I was really afraid, but I did it for her. The reviews didn't lie. After placing my order, I waited 15 minutes. All the people before and after me got their food. I asked for mine, and they looked like they had no idea I had ordered at the kiosk (I couldn't get a receipt because the machine was out of paper). I had to wait another 10 minutes for the food. In the end, I expressed my opinion about the customer service and the whole situation. The person didn't even apologize; they just ignored me and left. The food was terrible; the chicken wasn't crispy, it was soggy, the bread was dry, and some fries were crispy while others weren't cooked properly. My question to KFC Canada: Are you checking the quality of the food that location is selling and the staff's customer service from time to time? I am surprised this place has a license.

  False advertisement? Picture on the promotion shows 3 thighs and 1 drumstick. When I open the box it was 1 thigh and 3 drumsticks. The order was fast. Tasted good, just wish I got 3 thighs. Parking is a crapshoot though.
