  I recently had a terrible experience here and feel like I was gaslit over a sundae. For over 25 years, I’ve ordered the same sundae with the "dip cone" chocolate shell at Dairy Queen—my weekly treat that I have ordered at every location I have visited since childhood without any issue. On February 15th, I stopped by this location to use a coupon and requested this sundae. This employee refused to make it, claiming the sauce isn’t an option for sundaes and cannot be done since it's not on the menu board. This was very confusing to hear since I order it regularly and when I expressed this, he denied my claims of ordering it in the past and said the sauce is "very expensive". I purchased this same sundae at this same location with a similar coupon less than a week ago with no issue or mention of this, so I was confused and hoping for clarification, but his attitude was quite hostile and he seemed visibly annoyed at my confusion. He returned my coupon and when I asked what this fee was, he said would only make it if I paid an extra $1.50 (on top of the base sundae price) if I wanted the sauce, which doesnt seem right pricing wise as its the only sauce and not an extra topping. Additionally I have never been charged extra for this sundae before at any location prior to this. Frustrated, I apologized and left without buying anything. I was genuinely distressed by this experience and though it may sound silly as it's just a sundae, it has been a consistent favourite and I just felt incredibly confused, humiliated and condescended to during this experience. I don't plan on returning to this location and would appreciate any clarification on what happened and the information given to me by the employee.

  Really disappointing experience at this location. My partner and I went there for a blizzard and there was a group of 4 behind us. Since it was late at night there was only one male working, I get that. I didn’t feel any rush to order, willing to wait. As the male served the party of 3 in front of us their blizzards, he announces to us that “there was an issue with the milk(?)” so no blizzards. Since that was the purpose of our trip both us and the party left but when we got out, we changed our mind and were settling with ice cream cake instead. As we’re lookit the cake options, another different party orders a large blizzard and he makes it for them. So I pointed it out and said “what happened to no blizzards” he just says oh that’s the last one, and I respond back with “I was here just before them” and he ignores me. I didn’t appreciate being lied to and the persons from what seems his laziness to serve large party.
