Had the pleasure of being assisted by member of the team “Sharif” - for our group order. Sharif was tremendously helpful, efficient, and very professional with his service. He took his time to carefully and articulately input the greeting we wanted on each of the many ice cream cakes we purchased - and done an overall exceptional job.
Thank you, Sharif - and keep up the amazing work!

My first time buying at this branch and I asked the female employee if they already have the superman cup for the blizzard and she said yes so I bought one and when I saw she's didn't use the superman cup she said it's the only cup they have and that there's no such thing as the superman cup with his face on it. She's saying this with a straight face, a bit rude to be honest. So sad.
