  I use coupons on the app. Nice employees. No receipts given. (The receipt has a free Dilly bar for a survey on it.) The women's bathroom strongly stinks of a heavy air freshener. I had a coughing fit coming out of the bathroom and a coughing fit halfway to the exit. Luckily I'm not allergic. My mother would have had a full allergic reaction!

  Got two mini blizzards and a free shake. Oreo blizzard is good as always. My son liked the birthday cake blizzard which was only available for a limited time. I tried the holiday nog shake. This was one of the most disgusting tasting things I've ever had. It didn't taste like nog and didn't give off holiday flavours either. Was so sweet and had a weird toothpaste aftertaste. Honestly would rather eat an entire tube of toothpaste than drink this holiday nog again. Gross.

  I’m a delivery driver I was picking up an order for skip the dishes this morning and I had a very bad experience with the shift manager, when I have arrived I saw her attending other customers at the counter so I was taking to my brother on the phone so that I can get help from her after she is done with the customer then when she was done she just finished she just left the counter and picked up a phone call and still I didn’t say anything and just wait for her to come back and when she is back she came with a very rude face that I did something and I said nothing just showed her my order and she replied to me in a very rude way that I was talking on the phone so loud and disturbing her customers when the customer said nothing. 1st of all I was not loud at all I have no idea why she was so mad at me coz I was talking on the phone. I can talk on the phone anytime that’s not her business so I told her can I get my order I don’t want to argue with you and she refused to give me my order and told me to cancel it. This store has no respect for delivery driver I’m sure she did it with me coz I was not there as a customer. I wanted to talk to the manager then she said she is the manager lol I’m so surprised how can be a person like her could be a manager when she doesn’t know how to talk respect people. She miss used her position she did not give me the order just bcoz I was talking to someone on the phone that’s so lame. As a manager she needs to know how to behave and how to serve people professionally. I don’t know her name but she was at the store this morning slim Indian lady brown colour unfortunately forgot to take her picture. Very disappointing. My suggestion for her is plz treat the delivery driver with respect coz we deserve it.

  I recently had the pleasure of being served by a girl, and I was truly impressed by her professionalism and grace. During my visit, she encountered by a rude delivery girl who was so loud on phone call while we are giving our order to the front desk girl and she was quite dismissive and disrespectful.Despite the challenging situation, she remained calm, composed, and courteous throughout the interaction. She handled her rude behaviour with patience, actively listened to her concerns, and responded with empathy, which diffused the tension in the atmosphere. Her ability to maintain a positive attitude, even when faced with rudeness, showcased her dedication to providing excellent customer service. It’s not easy to stay professional under pressure, but the front desk girl did so with remarkable poise. Her commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable.I left the store impressed not just with the products, but with the level of care and professionalism she displayed. Thank you, Dairy Queen staff for turning a potentially negative experience into a positive one!
