    This girl working as server on Sun Feb 22 at 16:30 just throw the food at me without packing (as I asked multiple times to prepare it to go) and the food she gave me didn't even fill the half of the bowl. Not recommended.

    I ordered twice and got the wrong other... Second time I called again to confirm, and was assured the order was as I requested, but it came wrong again. The beans where dry and crusty and the guacamole was browning. I called back but the person who answered the phone was dismissive and hung up!

    This chipotle is way different than the Metrotown one. Customer service is better but still a bit lacking. Staff is friendlier but still could improve. They did serve me better portions too. Also, it's way cleaner.

    The worst place, ordered online, half of the ingredients were not included and the other half were mixed up. When I opened the box, it was half empty.

    Workers dont even do a full scoop, like how can you say its 32 grams of protien or even 64 grams of protien if there scoop is only 60% of the scoop for chicken. All depends on the server of course. Maybe they being lazy to cook more chicken so they give out less portion. When they charge you double meat for one scoop. The amount they gave me for double scoop basically can just get a protien cup amount. Like the hell. Fix the quality please.
