  I had a very bad experience at this Chipotle. I ordered 6 bowls and received poor portions and very rude service. The employee who was making our bowls was aggressive and unprofessional. Another staff member who speaks Spanish was willing to help, but she did not allow it. Today at around 4:30 PM Overall, the service was uncomfortable and disappointing. I hope management takes this into account and improves customer service.

  Not sure if it’s this Chipotle or all but in recent months the bowls have become 2/3 rice, with 33% less protein and 50% less of the good stuff like cheese/sour cream etc. Dislike. Raise the prices a dollar and keep the portions as they were

  It’s a good option for eating without spending much. The kids’ meal works well if you want a smaller portion. The only issue is that the place tends to be messy because the trash bins are too small.

  I got a coupon from skip, it gives the options of only delivery or pickup.  I wanted it fresh, so I placed my order once I got there.  This was my first and last visit. I walked to the counter, I asked a staff to change my order from to go to dine in.  She told me to contact Skip to change that??  It took me a while for me to pick up my dropped jaw, but I had to explain her  that Skip doesn't give an option for dine in, and packaging was Chipotle ‘s responsibility.  I didn't understand why she didn't understand my request and waste company’s money for a bag.  Unfortunately she wasn't wearing her name tag. I received a chicken burrito. There were only 3 positive things to say.  The portion was large, the burrito was warm as it was made right in front of me, and bottles of Tabasco sauce on the table was nice.  Everything else sucked. Chicken pieces were unrecognizable.  I wasn't given salsa separately, so I guess it was sprinkled before rolling the burrito?  I didn't taste that, so drops of Tabasco sauce came to the rescue.  As they're calling this a Mexican food, it's a disgrace for Mexico: it tastes nothing like it. Other commenters have been complaining about the cleanliness for at least for months, I saw no improvements.  When they charge more than McDonald's do, I expect better. No wifi, even McDonald's has it. Update: seriously, chipotle? Many of them are easily fixable by the franchise owner, without me contacting through the link you posted in your response.

  This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Chipotle. I’ve been to many Chipotle locations and usually have a great experience, but this branch was awful. I ordered a fountain drink, and they told me the machine had no ice — but they never mentioned that the drink itself was extremely warm. There were no napkins available either. I ended up buying a canned drink instead, and they charged me again. On top of that, the chicken was extremely fatty and the rice was undercooked. It was so bad that I couldn’t even eat half of my meal.
