  This was hands down the most pathetic Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The staff literally pinched a few crumbs of ingredients with their fingers and tossed them on my bowl like they were rationing food in a crisis. I paid $16 for this joke of a meal. I asked them to add more because the portion was insultingly small, and unbelievably, the sad amount you see is after they “added more.” It was beyond obvious they were deliberately holding back ingredients. I’ve never seen such blatant stinginess at a restaurant. I posted the photo in the community, and everyone was shocked , and honestly, embarrassed for this location. This place is a complete rip off. Total garbage service. Easily the worst Chipotle I’ve ever dealt with, and I won’t be coming back.

  This clown show of a Chipotle can’t even prep their food properly. I came in for a bowl and they were missing sour cream, cheese, mild salsa and medium salsa. When I complained to the manager saying it’s unacceptable for this to be the situation during the lunch rush she offered zero apology, zero compensation and just said “the food wasn’t temped properly”. The staff at this restaurant are standing around not knowing what to do. It’s a disaster. And good luck finding any phone number or email to write to Chipotle head office. The Canadian website links you to an AI bot that only appears to deal with online orders. Now that I’m actually eating this bowl, I’m finding the rice isn’t even properly cooked through with hard bits of uncooked rice. Disgraceful. I’ve been eating at Chipotle for years and never had such a bad experience. Never coming back to this location again. Let’s hope I don’t get food poisoning.

  Came here at around 6:45pm today, and was extremely disappointed with the experience. I ordered a steak salad bowl, and got half sized scoops of literally everything. I asked for extra lettuce at the end, and the girl working said it already had lettuce (the salad at the bottom is spinach though!!) And when I ended up just saying I wanted extra lettuce, she put 3 pieces of lettuce at the top -- you can literally see how little they added to the top of my bowl in the photo provided. When I paid for my salad bowl, I was confused as to why they had charged me over $17 and had to ask for a reciept, as I realized they charged me incorrectly. In the end, they accidentally charged me for chimichurri sauce which I did not order. I did end up getting a refund for the sauce, but the worker did not even apologize or speak to me even after I thanked her for fixing her mistake.

  Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to!! Half a cup of rice?? Barely pinches of lettuce, cheese and carne asada was shaken before. I asked for more lettuce bc she pinched a few pieces of lettuce and she looks like I’m asking for the world! Then proceeded to pinch another 4 strands of lettuce. I’ve never had a chipotle bowl that actually doesn’t meet even the halfway line. No service whatsoever! Avoid this place at all costs.

  This is like my second bad review I’ve ever written in my entire life, lol but damn as somebody who works in customer service and retail. Their customer service was extremely lacking. There were no other customers in line and I had to wait two minutes for a girl to put on gloves to serve me. I don’t get how it takes that long. It just seems like pure laziness. Literally got less than a half cup of rice in my bowl didn’t say anything. when I asked for some extra sour cream I was met with an eye roll and a shrug. Like it that taxing to you to double scoop? Jesus
