  I had the pleasure of being served by paramjot at chipotle. She was very friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was prepared exactly how i wanted. Highly recommend.

  Failed to deliver proper food and it was less than other locations. The worker didn’t let me finish choosing each option and moved forward to the next item. They refused to give us sauce.

  Today’s visit to Chipotle was honestly shocking. The portion was unbelievably small, and the staff member (healthy chubby girl) behaved like we were bothering her just by ordering. We’ve been eating at Chipotle for years, and never have we seen someone rush customers like this not listening, not giving time to speak, and even adding things we didn’t ask for. The attitude was disrespectful and completely ruined the experience. Chipotle staff are the face of the brand, and this kind of behaviour really hurts the customer experience. Please address this. I really don’t know why she carried a “manager/supervisor” whatsoever she is ; attitude toward us like customers . Seriously, it was unnecessary and made the whole interaction feel disrespectful.

  The staff don't listen. I asked for a chicken burrito from the first employee. Their reply, "what kind of meat?" I asked for a little bit of guac from the third employee. They dumped a massive scoop on it. I explained I had asked for a little bit of guac. The employee said I would be charged tor guac regardless, so I should get more guac. I don't like lots of guac. It should have been my decision how much guac I got. If it hadn't been busy, and I don't like wasting food, I would have asked them to remake it.

  I recently visited Chipotle Mexican Grill and had an excellent experience, thanks to Sahil. He was professional, friendly, and extremely attentive throughout the ordering process. He handled everything efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude, even during a busy time. Sahil made sure my order was prepared exactly as requested, and his customer service truly stood out. It’s always great to see team members who take pride in their work and make customers feel valued. Because of service like this, I’ll definitely be returning. Great job, Sahil!
