  This dairy queen is inside the mall which is really convenient, I always get a smoothie when I'm shopping around and its super quick

  Quite possibly the worst service ever. The portion size of my sundae was the smallest I've ever been served at a DQ. The ice cream was runny. If I could give zero stars I would. Why are they even operating a business when it's evident that they actually hate running it.

  Not sure if this is a common dairy queen thing, but I was very disappointed in the misleading information for their orange julius smoothies. When it shows an item that contains "fruit, juices, and low fat yogurt", I wasn't expecting the worker to dilute it with a huge amount of ice, then grab a single scoop of juice concentrate, and a scoop of yogurt, blended together, leaving a lot of it in the blender. I'm very glad I got a small, but even at just over 7$ that feels like a rip off, I could make this for like 1$ using juice concentrate from the grocery store and some yogurt. If you are advertising this to have real fruit, please USE real fruit, or that would be considered false advertising. If it is dairy queen wide, it would be very disappointing to hear. Would much rather go to a smoothie place to pay 10$ for a large size smoothie (compared to 9$ for a dairy queen smoothie).

  Don’t ever go to this place around 7:30pm when they are closing in half an hour because they do not want to serve you blizzards because then that means they would have to actually clean up after 8pm instead of getting a head start and getting off early. So if management is reading this just know that you are paying your staff an extra half hour and they are most likely not working.
