    I’ve eaten at this Chipotles many times and it’s always been really good within the expectations of a Chipotles until today. My wife and I have different preferences for meat so I’ll have them do half barbacoa for my wife and half whatever meat I felt like that day. This time I had steak and everything was good except that every piece of steak I had was full of gristle. Really disappointing.

    So it is the first time I heard from this specific location that I’ll be charged extra for extra toppings that was not chicken and guacamole. I thought that we can have extra toppings but I guess we don’t now!

    I wish there was an option for 0 or negative stars. I went there April 2nd at 7pm. There was a DEAD FLY in my bowl and the manager/senior there was so arrogant. She said “this doesn’t happen often”. It didn’t seem like a big deal for her. She asked if we needed new one made in a totally unbothered tone. I refused since it basically comes from the same lot. She was just ending her shift. I did get a refund and asked her to just toss my bowl in the bin.

    I visited this store on March 30, 2025, around 7:30 PM. Prior to this visit, I had nothing but great experiences at this location. In fact, we often go out of our way to come here because the food is consistently fresh and the staff are usually friendly and make excellent Chipotle bowls. Unfortunately, this visit was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share this so others don’t have a similar experience. My visit started off well. I typically ask for extra fajita veggies, and the first employee kindly informed me they were out but could make more if I was willing to wait. I said I was happy to wait. However, another employee stepped in and said there were some available on the other end and that she could add those instead. I agreed. This second employee began preparing my order. She brought over some fajita veggies, but it was a very small portion. When I asked if there was more (as I had originally requested extra), she said no. At that point, I felt I should have just been allowed to wait, but I let it go. From there, the experience went downhill. She appeared annoyed that I had asked for extra fajita veggies, and what followed was the worst Chipotle bowl I’ve ever received from this location. When adding the mild and hot salsa, she aggressively scooped and essentially threw them into the bowl, causing the contents to splash everywhere. I was taken aback and asked why the bowl was being made this way. She responded, “Sir, it’s busy and I’m just trying to move the line.” At the end, I calmly explained that customers are eating this food and it should be prepared with some care, even during busy times. Instead of acknowledging my concern, she immediately became argumentative and said, “Sir, I did not toss the salsa.” I also noticed other staff members looking at the bowl and reacting to how poorly it was made, but no one said anything. I later realized this may have been because the employee was the manager. When I asked to speak with the manager, she responded in a condescending tone, “Sir, I am the manager, and I was not tossing your food.” There was no effort to de-escalate the situation, no professionalism, and no basic customer service. While I wasn’t necessarily expecting an apology, her tone was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout. I don’t know her name, but she identified herself as the manager and was wearing a head covering (hijab). This experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering how consistently good this location has been in the past.

    We came with a group of friends to enjoy some Mexican food. We love Chipotle and we always go together. We came to try this location while we were in the area. As usual - we requested our delicious burritos to be cut in half - so it would be easier for us to eat. However the oriental girl refused to cut it for us and told us that we can do it ourselves with the wooden knife provided. I explained to her that the wooden knife will not work and it will leave metal inside of our food. That’s why, in other chipotle locations they happily cut our burritos in half in order to avoid any choking hazard. (Metal inside of our food) The girl did not care and said “that’s not my problem”. Long story short - our food was full of metal pieces and we were unable to enjoy our food as we do in other locations. I do not understand how some chipotle locations have different ways of serving customers and in this location in particular - their customers service is really poor. Not happy with their service. Definitely - we will not come back.
