  I visit this store often . An employee named as Priya who helps me to make my bowls best with her perfect customer service, makes my experience best. she tells me about the various options and I really appreciate her service throughout the service she always keep a charming smile and add stuff in polite manner. I mostly eat bowl and it always has perfect quantity and quality. Now onwards this becomes my favourite place to have something good and before that I have never seen any customer support like this. Thanks chipotle for making my meal better 😇.

  Stopped by little before closing and was impressed by the service. Priya and Param were so kind to me and gave me dinner without making me feel rushed. The food was pretty standard, but their positive attitude really stood out. Thanks guys

  Chipotle Mexican Grill by Robson St Vancouver downtown seems to have decreased its quality. This location and Chipotle in general was decent before. Somehow the taste and portions are disappointing. Also the service is not great. There needs to be improvements made.

  By far the worst portions I have ever seen at any Chipotle. My bowl is probably half the weight it should be. I paid for guacamole and received the tiniest amount and when I asked for slightly more to get the full portion I was told it would be another extra charge. Would highly advise going to any other Chipotle because this is not the first time where portions have been quite bad here, this was just another level. I have just never felt more scammed in my life.

  We ordered one bowl and one taco. The staff just put avocado sauce and charged extra without us even wanting it. I asked for half and half protein she gave extra and charged more. Once we complain the manager didn't offer that bowl for free or return 7$ just remake it and give a drink which we had before. It's better to ask the customer first if they don't initially want extra staff and then return it. Overall, never any Chipotle again
