We had Spinach Deep, as a starter, and Chicken Burger. We loved the deep, but the chicken was dry. I don't recommend the chicken, but definitely go for the deep.

I'm starting to NOT like this place at all......
First off, I used to buy the Ultimate Dining card, when they had promotions......except I have BCAA as well, and you get 10% off (that's great) and with their ultimate dining card promotion (usually around Christmas time)
I usually buy the E gift card, so you get your bonus offer by email (must be used in 5 months) you get $10 off if you spend $50 or more (Not such a great deal if you are already a BCAA member.....since they won't let you use both). Wait, I gotta come in 5 times to this place???
They had a promotion back in June I think (buy a $50 gift card, and get a free spinach dip.......expiry September 30th......Cool) except, I didn't get a chance to come in until today and it expired (oh well) I bought the physical card
I came with a friend, and I actually wanted to order 16 double dusted chicken wings (but they ran out since Monday thier wings are half price and it was the day before a holiday) I thought "That sucks, but hey, I have this coupon for a free spinach dip, even if it's expired, can you honour it since you actually don't have what I came in for??? (Oh no no no, we can't do that.......geeee thanks, yes, I asked to speak to a manager, as I thought they could override it.....they said "unfortunately not since it's expired September 30th)
I ordered the Canadian eh burger with extra patty.......my friend got a chicken fajita (or something like that)
I had my $50 gift card that I really really wanted to use up (our bill......$67) the waitress said we had to redeem from scene first......
I thought "odd, but ok" as usually an establishment would use up my gift card, and any remaining balance I could pay using my scene points.....so she passes the machine and it's scrolled down (redeem 6,500 points $65.....and to redeem less, is need to scroll up) when I attempted to scroll up, as soon as my finger hit the redeem 5,500 points for $55 it started processing
I told the waitress I didn't want to redeem that much and to cancel it (while it was processing)......and that I wanted to use the gift card to use that up first
"She said there was nothing they can do" ---- actually it wasn't even our waitress, it was another server who brought the machine and bill. I know they could had reversed it, cause years ago at Swiss Chalet THEY made some sort of mistake and they had reversed it (or put the points back) too bad since then, they've closed all restaurants in BC
I was just so angry by then I decided NOT to leave the waitress a tip, but thought well, my friend would had left a tip, so I didn't want to cheat the waitress out of that.
so my friend asked for the credit card machine to leave a tip, but they had to open up a table and charge 51 cents.......odd, other restaurants I know of would only charge 1 cents so the server can get a tip
Anyhow, I already wrote enough. I am going to come back to use up the gift card that I was hoping I could had used up tonight and try to avoid this place going further......and really, the food is ok, but it really isn't that great

Really bad food. They had no chicken wings and no onion rings. Lots of staff but poor service. Ribs were cold, got very few fries even though a second side was declined. Pulled pork sandwich also cold. Side salad was wilted and tasted like “plastic”
Don’t even get me started with the cornbread…. Hard as a rock and just crumbled into pieces. I def won’t be returning… sorry

Absolute worst experience we’ve ever had at this location. Our waitress was more focused on chatting with a group of men than taking care of any other tables. She even walked away while we were trying to order appetizers and was rude throughout the visit. She made us feel like she didn’t even want to be there and that we were an inconvenience to her. It took asking three different waitresses just to get a refill on our drinks. The food was just as disappointing — the brisket and wings were so heavily covered in salt and pepper they were barely edible. Very disappointing overall, especially since we’ve had much better experiences here in the past. This was our first night out without our kids in a year and the waitress ruined it for us.
