This new store has been a huge disappointment. I’m not sure if the staff changed or what happened, but the experience has gone downhill. When I walked in, all the staff were gathered at the back by the coffee machine, chatting in their own language. I don’t mind what language people speak, but when customers are clearly in the store, someone should be paying attention. They knew customers were there and still continued their conversation. I stood there needing help and I could’ve waved someone down but that’s just ridiculous, coming from a premium chocolate shop. What really put me off was seeing staff members with beards playing with them, combing through them with their hands, then going back to handling chocolate and the coffee area. It was honestly disgusting and completely unsanitary. I was planning to buy a coffee, but after seeing that, I changed my mind. The whole experience was so disappointing and grossed me out so much that I won’t be returning to this store again. Very disappointing for a brand that’s supposed to be high quality and professional.
