  We’ve used Trail Subway on Bay Street for the past two years as our team meal stop on the way out of town, and both times have been fantastic! Rishu and his team are incredibly organized and efficient. Our preorder was ready right on time and exactly as requested — no issues at all! Thank you for making it so easy to feed a large group and for providing such great service!

  Just ordered a 6 inch sub, online it was horrible do not recommend. They squished it, poor packaging, didn't listen to 1 request, dont know if they confuse the 2 but i asked for extra cheese but gave me extra veggies instead. Ask for less sauce they put mouthfuls. I paid extra for the cheese and tipped. Im very disappointed. Subway fails me everytime.

  I am shocked and disappointed. This was my sons sandwich from the kids meal. You can clearly see he bit around some of the ham. It was sloppily made. This was 1 of 4 sandwiches I got today. Mine personally was the worst. I got a footlong subway club. The lady tried to give me 1 small piece of roast beef that was.... I kid you not.... maybe 2 inches in length, directly in the middle. I never got the extra cheese, or the parmesean I requested but I got charged for it and charged for the "extra beef". After having the staff person watch me intently instead of what she was doing, I noticed that she had also made mine sloppy too. Nothing was even on there. Had I not noticed, I would have had a half a sub with no lettuce. On top of all, she didnt hear half of what I was saying so I had to repeat myself, serveral times. The staff person seemed cold and shut off, maybe having a bad day? But regardless, it was far from welcoming. I will not return to the trail location. Sorry subway but you've lost your touch and I really think you need to step up your game and have some proper management happen.
