  Ordered six chicken thighs and a fry crispy, got three thighs tree drums and limp fries. If you can’t deliver what is ordered tell me . Don’t. Wait until I get home and surprise me . Not fair , and not good business . I repeated the order three times , can’t do much more than that.

  Food was okay, kind of dry but okay..... I waited 20 minutes for the bathroom & ended up leaving as staff would not remove the homeless that was using in the bathroom. (Yes there is two bathroom, but they keep the second one locked for staff use only.) Do not recommend for families or anyone for dine in, but take out will definitely be a top option for now on.

  Ordered wings and large onion rings. This normally would take approx 8 min. They brought out my order right away and I asked if fresh as I didnt want from sitting under lamps. She ensured fresh, just came off fryer. Rings were so rubbery you know they were sitting there for awhile. This was 3:30 pm so no excuse then to lie about it saying it's fresh. Why are you precooking prior to dinner rush. Do better KFC. So disappointing!

  Had a really wonderful experience at KFC. The food was fresh and served on time. Team was greeting with smile on their faces while taking orders and serving food. Such a great customer service.

  Never had this bad experience in last 10 years on this branch. Prices have sky rocketed, portion size has shrunk by 50%. Short staffed, very bad house keeping. Most of the tables had left over food and cutleries and no effort from staff to clean. Overall very disappointing experience.
