- SRsherry razi6 days ago1.0Came in today, Friday. To get the tuna meal of the day. Which I do every Friday. I asked if I could upgrade my meal of the day to a footlong. Like I always do. I asked how much extra, cause I forgot the price. Wanted confirmation. The girl tells me they can’t do the upgrade since the deal is only for 6”. I read the fine print to the girl. I said it says $3 more you can upgrade. The girl just responded with if you upgrade I can only give you the sandwich not the meal. Absolutely makes no sense. I said I do this all the time. Why is it an issue today. She replied with it’s the till that won’t let us. Completely lies. Since I do this every Friday. Just cause you don’t know doesn’t mean you should make up your own rules. Won’t be coming to this location anymore.

They are both super friendly, welcoming, and make me feel comfortable right away. Their positive attitude and kindness really stood out, and they treated me with genuine care and respect. It’s always nice to be served by people who actually enjoy what they do. Definitely appreciate their great service!
