  We ordered 2 twelve inch subways and the location got the order wrong. When we told them about the mistake, they said there was nothing they could do and argued that the sandwich was already made. Really? My daughter, who picked up the sandwiches, had to hand me the phone to convince the subway rep. The manager then had to call the owner to ask what to do. Does that make any sense?? The manager and owner finally relented and replaced our sandwich to the correct order. Unbelievable.

  Don’t order from this store they don’t deliver half of the items you ordered and they don’t give you refund and when you call their keep blaming others for their mistakes, no accountability!

  Very disappointing experience at this Subway location (163A 10070) today around 6:20 PM. The staff member (name on badge: Jais) ignored clear instructions and added pickles even after I specifically said I did not want them. When I raised the issue, the response was rude and dismissive. This level of service is unacceptable. Basic listening and respectful communication should be expected. I am bringing this to the owner’s attention and strongly recommend proper staff training to prevent such behavior in the future.

  Bought a sandwich for pickup through the app with a request for certain extra veggies + paid for double meat and got neither. On one side of my sandwich there were literally 2 cucumbers and 2 leaves of of spinach and like 3 strands of red onions (not even exaggerating), the sauce and meat were heavily skimped, and the bread was soft and untoasted. There was also a strand of hair in-between my sandwich that I found sticking out of it. Super low effort from this branch and it's owner. I would avoid placing an order online if possible

  Hi. As a usual customer I am just sharing my concerns. I love coming to this place because it has best customer service and clean facilities. The only concern I have is the quantity of the food I receive. It is not enough for the amount of money we pay for the food. I know that food cost has gone up but it doesn’t mean not to get what you pay for. For example if you get spinach in your sub they only put 2or 3 leaves of spinach and that goes for all the vegetables. It is my humble request that please put the quantity of the food that is required. Thank you.
