While I was ordering, I asked the employee to toast my sandwich, and she responded rudely, telling me to first specify which chicken I wanted. There was no sense of polite customer service, and I genuinely felt embarrassed and uncomfortable.
I also asked for olives, but they were not included in my sandwich. It felt like my order wasn’t being properly listened to or taken seriously. The staff seemed to have a negative attitude, and this wasn’t just my experience—my cousin has had a similar experience at this location as well. The employees tend to raise their voices instead of communicating respectfully.

Worst food service experience I’ve had. They don’t follow customer instructions at all, and the sandwiches are made carelessly and messily. The customer service is extremely poor.
On top of that, I faced another issue the very next time I tried ordering from a different location (Park Royal). Due to a glitch, my order was mistakenly placed at the Guildford location. I immediately called them to cancel it — the pickup time was still 15 minutes away, so it clearly hadn’t been prepared yet. However, the staff member told me it was already ready and that nothing could be done. That didn’t make sense, as I had literally just placed the order a minute before calling.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location.

Hello Owner,
I asked for something as basic as ketchup for my sub, and your staff turned it into a whole issue. Honestly, it’s embarrassing. This kind of petty behavior is exactly why your brand is going downhill and sitting at a 2.5 Google rating.
If you think saving a few ketchup packets is worth losing customers, then good luck running your business like that.
I am visiting BC and it is a place where the costumed service felt so bad the girls did not pay when I placed my order they were gossiping and ignoring my instructions no smile rude behavior they feel so bothered when they get asked a question. Useless service :) wrong place to work
I am a frequent subway customer, but will never come back here. First, it costs $13 for a sandwich that is just $10 at the subway down the street. Huh?? Second, the staff weren’t paying attention to my order, and put the wrong thing on my sandwich a couple of times. Third, the person making my sandwich was going light on the ingredients. At least give me my money’s worth please?
Overall, why I am I spending more money for a lower quality sandwich with poor customer service? Make it make sense 🤦♂️
From the looks of these reviews, it seems I’m not the only disappointed customer. I get that they are busy, but that’s still no excuse.
Take your business to a different restaurant in the mall or to the subway down the street.
