  Very disappointed with the experience. Kiran and Gagan were both slow and unprofessional in their behavior. We waited 40 minutes for a mobile order, which wasted our break time and money. On top of that, the sub was not prepared according to the order. Overall, very poor service.

  The staff is very rude mainly Gagan and Kirandeep. I placed mobile order and waited for 40 mints and they tapped the cup on counter to call me instead of using name or order number which was very unprofessional.This happened 2nd time.

  I visited Subway yesterday at approximately 2:10 PM and had a disappointing customer service experience. The employee who assisted me displayed an unprofessional attitude and did not communicate properly to understand my order. The interaction felt rushed, and the tone used was discourteous. Customer service plays a crucial role in the overall experience, and unfortunately, this visit did not meet expected standards. I hope management addresses this matter to ensure a more respectful and welcoming environment for customers in the future.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The service I received from Gagandeep was unprofessional, discourteous, and frustrating overall. In addition to the poor attitude, my order was made incorrectly more than once. When I politely asked for it to be corrected, instead of addressing the issue respectfully, I was met with dismissive behavior and an unwelcoming attitude. I understand that being understaffed or busy can be stressful, but it should never come at the cost of basic courtesy and respect toward customers. Many people visit during their limited break time, expecting a smooth and pleasant experience. A little professionalism and kindness would make a significant difference. I hope the staff takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving both service and customer interaction.

  Very unprofessional experience at this location. The employee at the front, Sandy, was rude and spoke in a disrespectful tone throughout the interaction. Although she did grill the sub, she kept saying “you should have told us first” instead of handling the request politely. On top of that, I was charged the price of two 6-inch subs instead of one footlong. When I questioned this, she said the owner told her to charge it that way if the sub is cut. This policy was never explained before and seems unreasonable and misleading. I have been coming to this location for over 3 years and have never experienced such poor customer service. Customers should not be spoken to rudely or charged extra without clear explanation beforehand. Very disappointing experience. I will not be returning at the end i could have argued and replied to her disrespect but that not me hope the management will take this seriously!!
