  Really disappointed with this order. I clearly selected multiple sauces in the app, but the sandwich came out almost completely dry. On top of that, the veggie patty was crushed and poorly assembled, making the whole sub messy and unpleasant to eat. It feels like my order wasn’t followed at all. When you pay for specific customizations, you expect them to actually be included. I even gave this to someone expecting it to be decent, and it ended up being embarrassing for me. This was frustrating and not up to standard.

  Great food, good service, and nice atmosphere.Sandeep she was absolutely fantastic. She was polite friendly and very respectful.Would recommend this place it over any other store.

  The lady who was working April 7 closing needs serious customer service training. Her attitude was so unfriendly and toppings were so sparse and just thrown on there as well. Never in my life have I felt so unwelcome as a customer. It doesn’t matter if it’s 10 minutes until closing, you have a responsibility to act appropriately and approachable as an employee. When making change, she said “do you have a dime?” in such a annoyed, rude tone as if paying by cash inconvenienced her. Even if it makes it easier for you than just giving me my correct change, that’s not how you ask your customer. And you certainly shouldn’t TOSS the customers’ change down and then walk off in rush, I was the only customer there. Not cool at all. Worst experience ever.

  Garbage service from employee. No one in the store yet too much hurried. Did not put double cheese but charged for a sub which includes double cheese.
