  Very bad experience at this Subway. The employee was very rude and had no respect while talking. I ordered a veggie patty, but it was cold from inside and not toasted properly. When I asked them to grill it, they refused and didn’t try to fix the issue. Overall, very disappointing service and poor behaviour from staff. Would not recommend this place.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Subway due to the behavior of one of the employees. The staff member was rude, unprofessional, and showed no respect toward customers. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable in a customer service environment. I believe employees should treat customers with basic courtesy and respect, but unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. I hope management takes this matter seriously and ensures better training and supervision to prevent such behavior in the future.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Subway. I ordered a veggie patty footlong twice today and once yesterday, and every time the patty was still frozen inside. When I asked the employee to properly grill and toast it, they refused. I also asked to speak to the manager—first they said they would call, then later told me the manager didn’t pick up. No effort was made to fix the issue. On top of that, the employee was very rude and the service was extremely disappointing. Serving frozen food and refusing to correct it is completely unacceptable. I gave this place multiple chances, but the experience has been consistently poor. Definitely needs serious improvement.

  I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Kusam. She was very polite, friendly, and made me feel welcomed right away. Her service was quick and professional, and she paid attention to every detail while preparing my order. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Kusam provided excellent service, and I would definitely come back again because of her!

  This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at this place. An employee named Kusum does not seem to know how to treat customers in a polite and respectful manner. It’s disappointing that the company doesn’t ensure their staff are trained to serve customers properly and professionally. I have no complaints about the food—it’s good—but customer service matters just as much. Employees should focus on treating customers well instead of showing attitude.
