  I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. I placed a walk-in order for a 6-inch egg and cheese sandwich along with a snack side around 11 PM. After eating it, I started feeling extremely uncomfortable and developed severe stomach pain. The symptoms got worse, so I consulted a doctor and was told that I had food poisoning. The only thing I had eaten that night was the sandwich from this store, which makes it very clear that the issue was with their food. The eggs in the sandwich clearly were not fresh or properly handled. What’s even more disturbing is that during one of my earlier visits to this store, I had seen a big fat mouse roaming around their kitchen area. At the time I was already concerned about their hygiene, but after this incident it is obvious that their food safety standards are extremely poor. Serving unsafe food that makes customers sick is completely unacceptable. This place seriously needs a health inspection and better hygiene practices. I would strongly advise people to avoid this location if you care about your health.

  I am from Brampton visited surrey to meet my relatives. I had great experience at this location at night thanks to Simranjit. She was very friendly, polite, and patient while taking my order. She prepared my sandwich exactly the way I asked and maintained excellent hygiene throughout. Her positive attitude and quick service made my visit even better. Everything was fresh and delicious.
