  I had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a veggie patty sub, and everything about the visit was poor—from the food quality to the customer service. First, the staff member didn’t even greet me. When I started placing my order and asked for cheese & herbs bread, she responded rudely saying they only had white and brown. When I asked about multigrain, she suddenly said yes. The same attitude continued when I asked for white cheddar cheese—again, a blunt and unhelpful response. The sub itself was made very carelessly. The vegetables were not added properly, and it felt rushed and poorly prepared. The worst part was when I asked to have the sub cut into smaller portions—she pressed down hard on the sandwich with her hands while cutting it, completely squashing it. At the end, when I asked for a small paper bag, she rudely said they didn’t have any and just threw the sub into a large bag without any care. Overall, this was a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. The food quality, attitude, and service were all unacceptable. I will definitely not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone.

  I went to eat subway and the service was good and everything was fully stocked. Store was clean as well at is well taken care of by the workers.

  Mixed Experience: Great Facility, Poor Service The restaurant was very clean and they had all the ingredients available, which I appreciated. However, the service was unacceptable. The employee who helped me was extremely rude. He kept making facial expressions of annoyance, rolling his eyes twice, and literally throwing things around—including the meat scoop. He stared at me with an angry look the entire time. I understand people have bad days, but that’s no excuse for such unprofessional behavior in customer service. I always try to be polite regardless of my day, and I expect the same basic respect.

  I ordered A pickup order everything was perfect, the ingredients were well balanced and the order was ready before my arrival. They gave me a free goddie (pack of chips) which added a smile to the meal and enhanced the flavor. Thank you staff ❤️
