  Really appreciate how efficient and steady the staff is. I would particularly like to show my gratitude towards Arsh who was most helpful with my order, she was really kind and polite which is quite rare. The food quality as well was of utmost taste Reallyy appreciate going here!!

  Online order: asked for extra lettuce on one Sub, received the same amount of lettuce compared to the second sub I ordered Asked for light sauce, didn’t get any sauce, What a waste of a $15 Sub, was missing ingredients, barely tasted the added avocado, didn’t even have the extra stuff I asked for. It ain’t worth the price, the Sub is always thin and never packed full

  I visited Subway today and had a disappointing experience with the service. The staff member taking my order (name: Neha) was very slow and did not communicate clearly. She came across as unapproachable, and there was minimal interaction throughout the ordering process. As a result, the overall experience felt uncomfortable, and I ended up leaving the store without completing my order. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but basic customer service and communication are important. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers. Thank you.
