  I was not able to find a product in the store..During the checkout i asked the person standing on cash about the product.. .I was very happy that the person at checkout Harsh went and brought the products i needed..his service was commendable and his nature was helpful..He also helped me pack my grocery and was always smiling and cheerful..thanks for your service Harsh.

  Sean, the produce manager, was amazing! He helped me choose flowers and wrapped them so beautifully. He was very kind, patient, and made sure everything looked perfect. Great customer service like this really stands out. Thank you, Sean!

  If you buy your Scratch & Win tickets there, make sure they activate them properly. The cashier (I assume it was a trainee) who worked there on Saturday (28 February) between 9-10am did not activate my tickets. I could not claim my prizes at a different BCLC retailer and was advised to return to the retailer where I bought the tickers, because each location can confirm that particular tickets were in their inventory. I went back to Save on Foods today (3 March) around 2pm and was told that they can't help me at all. They didn't even want to scan my tickets or check if they were in their inventory. I felt that I was treated like a thief, even though it was their mistake. I had to call BCLC customer service and they activated my tickets.
