Manveer and Goldy were amazing, great service and super hospitable.
They were out of steak so they made some fresh to order for me. Churro fries were solid. Overall would recommend. We'll be back

The store was so clean the lady working there was so polite at one point the debit machine went down she said go enjoy your meal. I will come get you. The food was fresh not old really fresh after I finish my meal and paid. She said very politely thank you come again and I certainly will come back again because it’s clean it’s fresh and the workers are polite.

I went in at 10:30 PM on Saturday, April 4th, and honestly, I’ve never experienced service this bad. Yes, it was close to closing time—but that’s absolutely no excuse for the way we were treated. The staff (both the guy and the girl working) were completely uninterested, unwelcoming, and frankly rude. It felt like we were inconveniencing them just by being there.
The food was even worse. I ordered loaded nachos… and they came out with NO CHEESE. How does that even happen? It looked like they didn’t want to make it properly from the start. On top of that, I ordered a creamy queso and specifically asked (and PAID $2.50 extra) for additional queso—only to get barely anything. I was literally charged for something I never received.
$20 for this? Completely unacceptable.
This place is an absolute scam. Poor service, careless preparation, and zero accountability. Management seriously needs to step in because this is not okay.
Save your money and your time—DO NOT GO HERE. And definitely warn others too.

I usually don't like to leave reviews,but this experience was worth sharing.I wanted to share my experience. I was a bit hesitant to visit because of the Google rating, but since they had a BOGO offer, I decided to give it a try.
I went around 9 PM, and there was a big lineup with only three staff members working. Despite being very busy, they welcomed us warmly. The line moved smoothly, and you could clearly see how hard they were working.
They were chopping fresh chicken right in front of us, with more cooking on the grill at the same time. The person leading the line was very organized and made sure all orders were handled properly. Even though there were 7–8 people ahead of me, everyone was served efficiently.
My family and I really enjoyed our dinner—the portions were generous, and the food was full of flavor.
Thank you for your service . We had a bad experience at this location a couple of years ago, but this time you completely changed our impression.

I had a really uncomfortable experience at Mucho Burrito. I walked in and simply said, “Can I have a burrito?” which is a completely normal thing to say. Instead of helping, the staff member looked confused, turned to her coworker, and said she didn’t know what I wanted.
I work in a food court as well, and I see many customers who are confused. The difference is, I try to help them and guide them through their order. If they say something unclear, I ask questions to clarify—not make a joke out of it or start laughing.
When I tried to explain, she actually laughed, which honestly made me feel embarrassed and stupid for no reason. This was my first time ordering on my own (usually my brother orders for me), so I was already a bit nervous, and this just made it worse.
It’s really not that hard to guide a customer—just ask what rice, beans, or toppings they want. That’s literally part of the job. The whole interaction felt rude, unprofessional, and not welcoming at all.
I’m not someone who usually writes reviews, especially negative ones, but being judged and laughed at for no reason made me feel like I had to share this. The staff member, especially the girl who served me, lacked basic manners and respect.
I wish giving zero stars was an option.
