  I am a delivery driver with SkipTheDishes, and I had a frustrating experience at this McDonald’s. On the 9th at 1:58 AM, I parked my car and went to the walk-up window to pick up an order for a customer. I chose this option because there were already two cars in the drive-thru, and I didn’t want to waste time waiting when I only needed to collect the order and leave quickly. However, the employee informed me that I was required to go through the drive-thru instead. I found this policy confusing and inefficient, especially for delivery drivers who are simply picking up orders. It caused unnecessary delays and made the process more difficult than it needed to be. I hope management reviews this policy and considers a more flexible and efficient system for delivery drivers.

  Went through drivethru. Waited at one order screen while 2 or 3 others went through the other lane. Fries were cold, bun on burger was stale, ordered regular coffee and recieved black. Tried to call 2times and it rang and rang until it all of a sudden just stopped. Never going to this location again

  This location is incredibly slow. I ordered through the drive through with two cars ahead of me who had already ordered and I ended up waiting 15 minutes for an egg McMuffin. They had people waiting 10 minutes just for a coffee! I’ll definitely be avoiding this location from here on out.

  This McDonald’s is absolutely terrible. I placed my order at 7:23 AM on March 27, and by 7:41 I still hadn’t received my meal. When I asked the staff, they kept asking me a bunch of questions like they had no idea what was going on—asking what I ordered, even though I used the self-order machine. The machine didn’t even give me a receipt. I asked for the manager, but they couldn’t find my order either. In the end, another customer said they had taken the wrong d like to report this issue order and walked off with my coffee and meal. This kind of irresponsible McDonald’s should be shut down. Not a single staff member was responsible. I’ve never seen a McDonald’s take 20 minutes just to serve breakfast.

  I have thrown out McDonalds food only twice in my life, and twice it was at this specific location. Not because it tasted bad, but because I did not trust it. Both times the orders went weirdly and persistently wrong during the entirety of what should be an automated process. And while people make mistakes, both times the interaction at the end made me not trust the food to the point wherre the only solution was to toss it out. Congratulations, you got my money, but rest assured that will not happen again.
