  I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this McDonald’s location. Recently, the Happy Meal comes with Super Mario toys, and we’ve already purchased many in order to help our child collect the full set. To avoid getting too many duplicates, I simply wanted to ask which version was currently available in-store. I completely understand that staff are not allowed to open the boxes — I was only asking if they could check and tell me the code printed on the bottom of the box. However, the on-duty manager refused this simple request. Honestly, I’ve been to many other McDonald’s locations, and their staff have always been willing to help by checking the code. This is the only location where I’ve encountered such an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. Very disappointing service. I won’t be coming back to this location again.

  Used drive through in pouring rain in the evening around 7.50pm! My order was a simple one with a coffee and muffin, specifically rqstd that it be warmed up 20sec with two butter and a jam!! Waited at exit for around 2mins when the young guy hands me the muffin and says, be careful it's hot. I felt the muffin extremely hot in my hand and I know h9w warm it is for 20seconds! When I asked the attendant why is it so hot, as I only asked it to be slightly warmed. With a smirk on him this individual tells me it was done for 20sec and even had how ask if they provided a knife and napkin! Hands me only the knife, shuts the window and continues with laughing banter with his colleague!! Went into p/lot and to my dismay there were two jams and NO BUTTER and coffee was bloody cold!!! Called Mgr a Ameen and truly found no solace in her explanations and apologies!! The fact remains she was around these two incompetent 'guys' and am sure she could hear them yapping away loudly, like they were sitting around the fireplace at home and totally oblivious at the exit!! If these ' two guy's ' cannot provide efficient customer service, then they don't belong there!!!!! There are a lot of young ppl who need a job and am sure they'd serve the public better, like the staff at Tum Hortons on 104 and KG 😈😈😈😈😈👿👿 NEVER COMING TO THIS DISGUSTING JOINT!!!!!!!

  I went to pick up an Uber order from McDonald’s and had a very bad experience. They made me wait for around 30 minutes, which is unacceptable. On top of that, the staff had no manners when speaking. Every time I asked about the order, they kept saying “5 minutes” or “3 minutes,” but it was never ready. The way they talk to Uber drivers is very disrespectful. This kind of service is really disappointing.

  This is one of the nicest and cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been to. The team that was working when I stopped in was incredible. I credit that to Rhiannon because she’s an amazing assistant manager and her energy is top tier. Great service, great food. I would recommend this McDonald’s to anybody coming through the area looking for a quick bite to eat.

  This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had at McDonald’s. We ordered two combo meals and both orders were completely unacceptable. The French fries in both meals were cold and tasted terrible. My wrap was also cold, almost as if it had come straight out of the freezer, while the meat inside was only slightly warm and wrapped in a cold tortilla. When we politely pointed out the problem, the employee wearing a headscarf reacted aggressively and showed absolutely no interest in solving the issue. Instead of properly preparing a fresh wrap, the cook simply reheated the meat and wrapped it again in the same cold tortilla. When we later opened the apple pies, the situation did not improve at all. They tasted old and seemed like they had been sitting around for hours, probably since lunchtime. When we spoke to the same employee again, she gave us another unpleasant look and, through clenched teeth, told us we would have to wait 15 minutes for them to heat new ones. This location constantly has problems, and the staff attitude is extremely unprofessional. Very disappointing experience and definitely not the standard people expect from McDonald’s.
