  My pie was burned to a crisp. Almost black on the bottom. Like burnt toast that caught on fire while on the toaster…..That would been an improvement.

  Online, it says that they open at 5 AM. I stood at the door until 5:10 AM. An employee was rude and yelled at me to leave. Boycotting this location. If they don't open at 5 AM anymore, than update your ours of operations. What a joke.

  Forgot my jacket in the play area on Feb 25 with my Compass card inside. The card was later used outside (Mar 3–5) and the balance was exhausted. Since the play area is enclosed and has separate camera coverage, it should be possible to identify who took it. The card was then repeatedly used across multiple bus stops, and the usage pattern suggests a consistent commute originating from the Cloverdale area near this McDonald’s. When I returned, staff said nothing was found and the manager didn’t assist further.   If i could give this location 0 stars i would. Terrible service while ordering, the worker literally said “what else?” While ordering in the rudest voice. Then gave me a shake with the lid open!!! Had to pull into the gas station down the street to clean out my car and now it stinks and is sticky!! Called 20 minutes later just to get told I’d get a call the next day, now a week and multiple calls being told the management would call me back, I’ve gotten nothing. NEVER GO HERE AFTER HOURS EMPLOYEES ACT LIKE THEY’RE MORE THAN MCDONALDS EMPLOYEES.
