  I came here today and i ordered a medium iced coffee with extra sweetener and they made it perfectly, every other location makes my coffee so bitter when i ask for extra syrup.

  I don’t usually submit complaints, but I felt this situation was important for health and safety reasons. While waiting for my order, I observed an employee (who appeared to be in a supervisory role) repeatedly coughing while handling food. At one point, she coughed directly over the fries while stirring them, and continued coughing while placing food onto trays. I understand that masks may not be required; however, if an employee is unwell or coughing frequently, I believe appropriate precautions should be taken (such as wearing a mask or stepping away from food preparation) to protect customers. This made me feel uncomfortable about the food I received.

  I visited this location recently and was extremely disappointed with the service I received at the front counter from a Crew Trainer named Josh. Not only was my drink forgotten in my order, but when I politely brought it to his attention, he responded with a blatant bad attitude. He gave me a look as if I were asking for a handout rather than a drink I had already paid for. As a Crew Trainer, he should be setting an example for the rest of the staff, but his unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy made for a very unpleasant experience. I hope management addresses this, as a simple "sorry about that" would have gone a long way instead of the hostility.

  They have one of the worst managers. She is way too rude. Their pop machine works 5/10 times. And yeah I got an inside news that they rarely change the oil, so the oil here is as bad as diesel!

  I recently ordered a Junior Chicken and Chicken Nuggets from McDonald’s, and I was very disappointed. The Junior Chicken was cold , cooked in very dirty oil,soggy, and the bun tasted stale. The sauce was unevenly spread, making the sandwich dry in some bites and messy in others. The nuggets were overcooked and hard, not juicy like they usually are. They tasted old and not fresh at all. The fries were also cold by the time I received my order. I understand that mistakes can happen during busy hours, the main point is restaurant is not buy at that moment, not even a single customer was there,but the food quality did not meet the usual standard. I expected at least a simple “sorry” for the inconvenience, but instead, the response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Good customer service starts with basic manners and respect. A sincere apology can make a big difference Overall, the food quality was poor, and it did not meet my expectations. I hope the staff pays more attention to freshness and quality control in the future.
