  WOW! You're manager whoever answered the phone just hung up on me. I told her I've been waiting curbside order for 20 minutes and I called in to ask if they forgot. She screamed at me thinking I'm a delivery driver asking for a four digit code there's no code?!?! I ordered on the McDonald's app and put the number 5 for curbside she then screamed at me again saying FIGURE OUT THE CODE CALL ME BACK. SHE THEN HUNG UP!! Excuse me?? I'm actually appalled all I did was call and was like hey I've been waiting 20 min have you guys forgotten the order? And to be treated that way was actually insane... I have kids in my car like what ??? I've never had to call in with a code when ordering curbside. That lady needs some manners. And to be reported. Gross behaviour and customer service. Photo attached of proof of my order. I then called a second time someone else answered and they ran my order after someone else saying " run that outside"!. Out she was nice I felt bad because I was upset I was yelled at. The food was cold so it was clearly just sitting somewhere. I get when you're busy it's fine but it was a simple question and responding with yelling and a condescending tone is not it. Also I want to add. Even if I was a delivery driver who are you to speak to them that way? How awful. I feel sorry for the staff that have to work around that attitude.

  Came in and ordered 2 fountain drinks and I see the staff as its an open space with no hair nets, no gloves when putting the sandwiches and wraps together and they didn't wash their hands after either. I can't imagine the amount of germs on the food they're serving.
