  Disappointing... I ordered two hot chocolates and my partner and I got sick to our stomachs! I'm never going back to this McDonald's.

  I had a really frustrating experience at this McDonald’s. I placed my order and was told to park in stall #2 to wait. I sat there for 22 minutes with no one coming out to check on me or bring my food. Not once. Finally, I had to go inside myself to find out what was going on. When I got in, the employee told me he had come out three times to bring my order—which is completely untrue. I was sitting there the entire time watching, and no one came out even once until I walked in. The wait time was unacceptable, but what made it worse was being told something that clearly wasn’t true. That’s not good customer service—it’s just frustrating and disrespectful. If there’s a delay, just be honest and communicate. Don’t leave customers waiting and then try to cover it up. Really disappointed with how this was handled.

  I came here to order their new NFL sticker meals, specifically the hockey hero burger meal. Whoever the male employee was, did not know what it was. It’s so unprofessional and disgusting that you’re own employees don’t know the menu. Please hire people that are competent.
