  I ordered two McVeggie burgers but received chicken burgers instead. This is a serious mistake, especially for customers who don’t eat meat. Please make sure orders are checked properly before handing them out. Really disappointed with the service this time.

  We talking about one of the goats man. The food was tasty and consistent, with hot fries and a classic burger done right. Service was fast, staff were friendly, and everything was clean. Great for a quick, reliable meal on the go.

  I never write reviews but they need to be more careful in terms of delivery orders, every time I order sauce or something extra on the sandwich it is always lacking. It just ends up taking away from the overall experience

  I had a disastrous experience at this McDonald’s. I traveled a long way and just made a quick stop to eat. I ordered a spicy chicken burger, with fries and a soda, plus a Happy Meal for my child. When I got the food, the burger was burnt, and the fries were the same—awful. I went back to the counter, and instead of resolving it, they just replaced it with another equally terrible burger. I asked to speak to a manager, and the guy who served me said he was the manager, but his attitude was rude, dismissive, and he only offered me a partial refund. Then another person claimed to be the manager, but still did nothing. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this place at all—not just for the food, but for the appalling attitude of the staff. I visited this place on March 13th 2026 at 9 p.m.

  I ordered a poutine, and when I got home it was cold fries with just a little gravy sitting at the bottom. It didn’t feel fresh at all. I went back to the restaurant to let them know, expecting at least an apology or a remake. Instead, the manager told me it was made correctly and that I was mistaken. No apology, no effort to fix it. They just handed me extra gravy for the same cold fries. When I was about to go back home without poutine then they made new poutine correctly. Mistakes can happen, but basic customer service should include listening to the customer and trying to make it right. This experience was honestly surprising and disappointing.
