I visited KFC this Wednesday and had a really great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor—exactly what you expect but even better this time. The chicken was perfectly crispy, and everything was served quickly.
The staff were friendly, polite, and made the whole visit feel welcoming. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained, which made a big difference.
Overall, I’m really satisfied with my visit and would definitely come back again. Great job to the team!

Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I had to wait over [Insert Time, e.g., 30 minutes] for a simple order, and when I asked for an update, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. No apology for the delay or even basic courtesy. I won't be returning to this branch until they address their customer service and efficiency

I placed my order online about 20 minutes in advance. By the time I arrived at the restaurant, I had already received a notification that my order was ready for pickup. I went inside and waited at the mobile pickup counter—but ended up standing there for another 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me.
It wasn’t busy at all—aside from me, there was just one walk-in customer and one car in the drive-through. The level of customer service I experienced was appalling. Staff were chatting with each other and walking around, yet no one bothered to check why I was waiting at the pickup counter.
After about 15 minutes, I had to raise my voice just to get someone’s attention. One of the staff reluctantly went to check and, a few minutes later, handed me my order without any apology or acknowledgment of the delay. The attitude felt as if they were doing me a favor, rather than simply fulfilling a paid order.
The whole point of ordering online ahead of time is to save time—not to wait even longer at the restaurant. Unfortunately, this isn’t my first experience like this at this branch. They seem to consistently outdo their previous poor customer service.
At this point, it’s probably time to start considering other locations.
