However, I’ve noticed that my take-away orders often have missing items, especially add-ons that I paid extra for. This has happened several times now. Because of past experiences, I’ve developed a habit of checking my food before eating. For example, when I order a Twister wrap with extra cheese, I check it because the cheese has been missed before. In my most recent order, I checked the wrap at the counter, but I later realized that the sandwich in my Knockout Box was missing the extra cheese once I got home. I understand the kitchen can be busy, but repeatedly missing paid add-ons like extra cheese is frustrating. I hope more care can be taken to ensure take-away orders are complete.
