  Member asked to order at kiosk, which is okay. I asked if they can rather help with the offer, they rejected to serve me the order saying offer isnt valid anymore. I ended up finding that in kiosk anyways and ordered it from there and offer was working. Order was placed, followed with excessive wait time (and we are talking 25-30 mins) at uber pickup and my order as well. Experience was a disaster.

  The most frustrating kfc you will ever go to. Very disorganized, sometimes the kiosk works, sometimes it doesn’t. The cashier will tell you to order your food at the kiosk that doesn’t even work to have you come back and re-order again at the front, when you have already waited 15 minutes. The food is slow. It will take an additional 20 minutes just to get your food. I love kfc but I don’t know if I can tolerate this location ever again.

  They are way to under staffed. The last 2 times I've been there and waited around 20 to 30 minutes for my food to have the chicken fresh and the popcorn chicken old and hard. They don't allow ordering at the counter unless paying cash or you have coupons. In this area their are lots of elderly and disabled people that need the face to face to place orders. It's not the employees fault for this, it's the owner/manager not stepping up to help or having more people on during dinner time.

  It’s impossibly long wait times, longer than most restaurants. They also refuse serve anyone at the counter unless they pay with cash. I saw them turn away both a senior and a mentally disabled man cause they didn’t have cash. Not the employees fault, they are understaffed and remained as friendly as they could, but this policy has to go

  I ordered a chicken popcorn bucket meal today and what I received looked nothing like the advertised photo. At other locations, the same meal comes in a different shape of a larger container, but here the portion was noticeably smaller. When I raised the issue, staff insisted it was the same. They refused to change the container, declined to verify the portion. Very disappointing experience.
