  I have ordered 3, times here every timethey messed up I always go during dinner time not sure if this is a night crew issue but they mess one thing or the other I have complained and seem to wreck it again not sure if day staff is the same ... My bun was burnt the zinger sandwich didn't have any sauce and the wrap wasn't wrapped properly and messy also the scacker wrapped one of it had only salt for flavoring no receipt in the bag and they rush when I was the only one in line

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had an amazing experience at KFC! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the managers were very professional and made sure everything was running smoothly. You can tell they really care about their customers. Definitely one of the best visits I’ve had — I’ll be coming back for sure and my favourite staff is- amnol

  Terrible service with terrible food. I once ordered a large fries from this kfc on the new kiosks and i waited for my order, after a couple minutes past i still havent seen my order yet. 10 minutes after i paid, not a single order came out yet, and as i look in the kitchen, all i see are the employees laughing, talking, and using their phones. after 30 minutes, my order finally came out and yet they still fill it 3/4's the way up and it taste like the gobi desert. ps i went back and i stood at the register for 10 minutes waiting for an employee to take my order so if you're ever wanting to order kfc, order it somewhere else cause this place isnt even fast food anymore.

  I tried to place my order through the kiosk but for some reason I got the error message when trying to pay. I then went and placed my order to the counter. My order was 4 piece combo original with dark meat with mega fries. When I got home to eat, I saw the fries was regular size and the 4 piece combo had 2 drumsticks, a thigh and a wing. This is not the first time I have experienced this at this store. These staff members think they are over smart and always have an attitude. Also, the person who took the order did not wash her hand or changed the gloves. She directly went to pack food. Hope the restaurant follows food safety standards.

  I've been coming here every year or two to get a bucket of chicken for many, many years. Their new self-serve ordering system left me very disappointed. I was in a hurry and thought that their self-ordering kiosk would have all the options, so I didn't bother looking at their big display screen with all their deals and promotions before ordering. Big mistake. I selected my bucket of chicken at the self-ordering kiosk but then decided to add a side of fries. After I completed my order, I looked at the big screen cycle through all of its deals. There was the exact bucket I ordered at the exact price I paid but with 4 sides rather than 1. I then pointed this out to the first employee I encountered hoping that I could update my order or cancel it and put it through again with the better deal, but no such luck. I was told that the better deal should have been there and that I obviously missed it. This is the sort of thing that a person would have easily caught and helped me with. A real human would have quickly and easily made things right. These new ordering kiosks suck. It's also astounding at how much a big bucket of chicken now costs. It's pretty clear that this company didn't decide to split what they're saving on employees with customers by using the savings to lower prices. Instead, we're now stuck dealing with a crappy self-ordering system with no obvious benefits to the customer only a worse experience. My family only buys fried chicken once a year. Maybe next time we should try out one of KFC's many new competitors we haven't gotten around to checking out yet. Oh yes, and make sure to park your car where you can see it. We met someone in the parking lot who had eaten at KFC and then went to the grocery store across the parking lot to get something. When she got back, her car was gone.
