  Amazing experience at KFC! The chicken was hot, crispy, and full of flavor. Service was quick and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Definitely one of the best visits-l'll be coming back again!

  Really disappointing experience at KFC. The chicken was greasy and not fresh, and the fries were soggy. My order was incorrect, and the wait time was longer than expected. The staff didn’t seem very helpful, and the overall cleanliness could have been better. Would not recommend.

  I just came for dine in at 10:20 pm, there was a guy working there who ordered us to eat in a 10 min, we just have collected our ordered. And than again after 20 min he came again and asked us if we can finish in 5 min, that’s silly if people have ordered food they will definitely eat and go. He don’t have common sense, even, I don’t know why KFC don’t interview such people before giving them job, if they don’t know what customer service is. Even who took our order didn’t told us that they are about to close. If it’s open 12, how he could come and tell us at 10:45 that we have to finish our food in 5 min. I have been there before they are open until 12, and obvious it’s ease for customer to eat there if one got dine around this location.

  I had a great experience at the KFC Newton branch! The manager Navojt is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really makes a difference. What stood out the most is that he even remembered my name and provided personalized service it made me feel truly valued as a customer. The customer service overall was outstanding quick, attentive, and genuinely caring. The team works efficiently, and everything was handled smoothly from ordering to pickup. It’s always nice to visit a place where you feel recognized and appreciated. Keep up the excellent work!

  I ordered four sandwich combos from your restaurant. I specifically asked for three spicy Zinger sandwiches and one Big Crunch. I also clearly requested multiple times for extra sauce inside the sandwiches, as well as two sides of spicy mayo, and I paid extra for it. Unfortunately, my order was completely wrong. Instead of what I ordered, I received two Big Crunch sandwiches and two Zingers. On top of that, there was no spicy mayo at all, and no extra sauce in any of the sandwiches. This was very disappointing, especially since I made sure to clearly explain my order and paid extra. Very poor attention to detail and not a good experience. I hope this issue is taken seriously so it doesn’t happen again.
