- MDMatt DApr 10, 20261.0If I could rate negative I would. It was not busy when I ordered, 10 minutes later I had my food standing as I was leaving with it. I had been asked 2x by what I am assuming the manager or crew supervisor what I was waiting for. I pointed at the staff member attempting to make a milkshake but making a mess. After the second time she came over and was trying also without any luck. At this time I had been standing with my food for 5 minutes. I said if it is not working I want my money back for the milkshake. She said just another minute I said it has been already too long. Just give me my money back. She proceeded to refund me and says it will just be a minute the other girl still trying to get a milkshake. I leave to grab food from another place and look at my receipt she did not even give it all back. I headed back for the tip which she said they were not suppose to give back. She only gave back after I started raising my voice that you messed up my order then still want a tip for it I have been here before a few times 3 blocks from jome never never never again.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
