  way overpriced for small portion sized garbage food, which I had low expectations for anyway, but what killed me was the wait! Giving them the benefit of having a bad day, I tried again another day, and each time I had to wait OVER 1/2 hour to get my food!!

  Everytime i come here it takes forever to get my food, even with only a few customers. so this time i ordered a deluxe meal on uber eats, but they switched my grilled cheese burrito with cinnamon twists?!!?!?? soso upset.

  I went to Taco Bell to celebrate a life achievement and this man absolutely ruined my day he was rude taking my order and threw my card and the machine back at me. I never go to Taco Bell this was my second time hence going to celebrate but because of this I was unfamiliar with their menu, this man was so rude as I was trying to order I had asked other staff for his name but I cannot recall however I do know it started with an “A” he also did not know how to swipe a gift card which I feel you should know when working at the till I think he was a shift lead or management. there were two ladies that made it worth it being very kind and understanding they apologized for my order being late/not going through properly and gave me extra goodies to make up for it and always talked with a smile… that man could really learn a thing or two from them. Food was okay it’s Taco Bell got the crunch wrap Dorito taco and churros would go back for the two ladies and the food and to see if that man has smartened up. I work in customer service and that man’s behaviour was totally unacceptable I am not writing this out of anger but disappointment and disbelief do better bearded Taco Bell employee.
