The staff told me she could not make my sandwich because only 3 minutes were left, saying it was not enough time to prepare sandwiches. A sandwich usually takes just a few minutes to make, so refusing service 3 minutes before closing felt unfair and unprofessional. There was no apology or alternative solution offered. This was a very bad experience, and it made me feel unwelcomeI as a customer. Customer service at this branch needs serious improvement. 👎🥪 I expected better, and unfortunately.
