- GSGurry SinghNov 17, 20251.0I'm giving this 1 star due to a frustrating experience. Every time I do a walk-in, the store never seems to have a veggie patty available. I understand this isn’t the staff’s fault, but it points to poor management at the store level. Interestingly, when I order online on the same day, the veggie patty is available and delivered without issue. This inconsistency is disappointing and needs to be addressed.

When has a meatball sub ever had lettuce and tomatoes that’s not even the standard. Doesn’t seem like staff understand what they’re doing hopefully owner cares enough to correct the lack of knowledge.
