  I am visiting BC and it is a place where the costumed service felt so bad the girls did not pay when I placed my order they were gossiping and ignoring my instructions no smile rude behavior they feel so bothered when they get asked a question. Useless service :) wrong place to work

  I am a frequent subway customer, but will never come back here. First, it costs $13 for a sandwich that is just $10 at the subway down the street. Huh?? Second, the staff weren’t paying attention to my order, and put the wrong thing on my sandwich a couple of times. Third, the person making my sandwich was going light on the ingredients. At least give me my money’s worth please? Overall, why I am I spending more money for a lower quality sandwich with poor customer service? Make it make sense 🤦‍♂️ From the looks of these reviews, it seems I’m not the only disappointed customer. I get that they are busy, but that’s still no excuse. Take your business to a different restaurant in the mall or to the subway down the street.

  I ordered a sub today. The taste of sub was very bad when I went back to employees to tell them about the taste of bread the girl who was working there behaved rudely with me. she said your reason is useless. After so much argument with me when she agreed to give me a refund and I asked for her name the other girl who was working with her said you can check her name on name tag before she had name tag on but after this she removed her name tag. Such a terrible customer service if she don’t know how to behave with customers then why she is working in customer service. I spoke with them in polite way but they were so rude.

  $11 for a 6 inch sub just a rip off and the bread was very stale.

  The girl who made my sandwich didn’t even bother to change gloves after touching chicken!!! Hygiene issue and the fact i got the vegan sandwich gave me an ick. Rude and arrogant stafff next time u guys hire make sure the people atleast say hi with a smile!! Pathetic service
