  They are ALWAYS HELL RUDE. A rude facial expression and a dismissive, unpleasant tone, ALL THE TIME. No matter who is at the bar, be careful. You will get ruined your day. Totally understand why this place has received countless 1-star reviews. I don’t know if this place is privately owned or a Subway corporate store, but it honestly feels like no one here cares about how rude their staff are. It is closed to my work place so I sometimes go grab a sandwich or salad. And not even one staff was kind or polite at any second. To them: If you hate your job this much and hate customers walking in, then don’t work here. And if you’re only here for the paycheck, at least show basic respect. Why should paying customers have to deal with this kind of attitude? You’re only damaging Subway’s image in Canada, and if there’s a person in charge, I hope you realize all these reviews are very real.

  I always have a great experience at the Fraser Heights Subway. The staff there are extremely nice, friendly, and respectful, which really makes a difference. They greet customers with a smile and take the time to make sure orders are done properly without rushing. Even when it’s busy, they stay calm and positive. The place is clean, well-organized, and the food is always fresh. You can tell the staff care about their work and their customers. Definitely one of the best Subway locations I’ve been to, and I’d highly recommend it.

  This is by far the worst Subway experience I’ve had. I placed an online order and when I arrived to pick it up, the staff told me someone else had already taken my order. When I asked how that could happen, the staff was rude and dismissive, and completely ignored my concerns. There was no apology, no accountability—just being told to “check with the manager.” It was obvious my order was given to the wrong person, yet I was given a hard time just to receive the subs I had already paid for. The customer service was unacceptable. The staff were grumpy and unprofessional, with no sense of basic courtesy. The owner seriously needs to invest in better training. I will never return to this location and would not recommend it to anyone. Go somewhere else.

  😐 We ordered food through Skip the Dishes today and were super disappointed when it arrived! 🤕 The veggies were scarce, the sauce was lacking, and all we got was a bun with a tiny bit of meat and veggies. We went to the restaurant to complain, but the manager was ridiculously rude 😡 and even argued with us! 👎 Clearly, the staff needs some serious training. I'm extremely dissatisfied and would give them zero stars if that were an option.

  Everything about this location is garbage. Food was all messed up, missing items and they portion your food like you never paid for it and once you confront the workers especially the managers they REFUSE to accept the fact that THEY messed up. Low quality food and even worse customer service. Absolutely no accountability. Horrid customer service. The proof is in the pudding, look at the other reviews. Embarrassing.
