She told me that a 24-hour notice was required for a single platter, which has never been my experience at other Subway locations or even at this location previously. I explained that I was calling four hours in advance and asked if they were especially busy, but she ignored the question. When I asked if I could instead order four footlong subs due to the urgency, she responded, “well I guess I have to do that,” and then hung up on me. This interaction felt rude and unprofessional, and it was disappointing to be treated this way when simply trying to place an order.
