Any business would be incredibly fortunate to have Ziel on their team. Even if you were allergic to sandwiches, you would still want to come to this Subway for the pleasure of interacting with Ziel. She's a genuinely wonderful happy person and we need more Ziel's in the world. Oh, and the sandwiches are good too.

A lovely young lady Ziel welcomed me and took my order. She was so friendly & made the best sandwich I’ve had at Subway & I tried the little Snackwich and it was perfect and so tasty. Others ordering seemed to know her as regulars. She’s lovely and should be a manager.

I called to place an order and was extremely frustrated by the lack of basic customer service. The staff member I spoke with was unhelpful and dismissive from the start. She told me that a 24-hour notice was required for a single platter, which has never been my experience at other Subway locations or even at this location previously.
I explained that I was calling four hours in advance and asked if they were especially busy, but she ignored the question. When I asked if I could instead order four footlong subs due to the urgency, she responded, “well I guess I have to do that,” and then hung up on me.
This interaction felt rude and unprofessional, and it was disappointing to be treated this way when simply trying to place an order.
