She was mixing the sauce by her hand in wrap after which she used to take veggies from containers. Profer hygiene and cleanliness was not applied by employess here.

I visited today at 2:40-2:50 pm I order veggie patty sandwich , I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. The customer service was extremely poor — the staff seemed very rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked to have my sandwich grilled, the employee made unpleasant faces and made me feel very uncomfortable. I also requested my footlong to be cut into two halves and packed separately before they started making it, but they ignored my request and packed everything together. When I reminded them, their attitude was again very dismissive. On top of that, the food quality wasn’t good either. The spinach had long stems that weren’t chopped properly, which made the sandwich unappetizing. If the employees are tired or not in the mood to work, it’s better to take a break instead of ruining a customer’s day. Really hope the management looks into improving both food quality and customer service here.

I called the store 5–6 times and no one picked up. Around 5:45 PM, I finally got a call back, and they said my order was already prepared — even though my pickup time was 5:55 PM! The girl on the phone was very rude and unprofessional, and she didn’t even try to help. Very disappointing service. I hope you will teach your staff how to behave with customers and solve their problems properly, not like this.
