  This place is near to my home that’s why i usually visit here , but one girl wearing specs with short height is rude that from last few months she is not even attending us whenever we are there doesn’t matter she is free or not. Secondly yesterday (23jan) we visited this place around 7 , 7:30 pm and the same girl was working there with one another girl and that second girl was serving us, we ordered 1 footlong and 1 six inch subway. while making ,firstly she was just putting stuff like she was just throwing veggies and at last when i asked her to sprinkle just salt , she didn’t notice that she didn’t put the container back properly because she was so busy in gossiping with other girl that the container fell back on our sub and rather than apologizing or anything she just clean the salt and started packing it same , when we said , salt is everywhere please give us new one she was like i have cleaned it all . Like seriously salt all over the sauces and all could be cleaned or removed , then my friend also said that you should give us new . without bothering our concern she just cut half sub and gave us half which was even so salty when we tasted and start making 6inch separately and it was so disrespectful that she made that sandwich in so much aggression that she didn’t make it properly as we asked for . No apology no thankyou nothing like it was our mistake ,,

  Ordered the veggie subs through the app a week ago, placed the veggie order today, got back to work to find no chesse and the sub wasn't toasted as requested. Called to let them know, they said they need to check the camera and get back to us. When they did call they informed us the footage showed the chesse being put on the sub and nothing was wrong with the order. They said we could check the footage and see for ourselves, however, we opened up our subs and it clearly had no cheese, nor was the sub toasted. Asked to speak with the manager and when she came on the phone she mentioned that she was in the back eating her lunch, so she didn't see her staff making the subs but insisted that the camera showed the cheese was put on. Then insisted we bring the subs back to show them, we requested a refund for our lunch as we clearly didn't have what we ordered. All we can say customer service is not at this location. We want our refund For all out ther check these reviews BEFORE going or ordering your food from here!!
