  Bad service, i came around 20 minutes before they close. Once i entered everything seemed like they closed already, and they offered me the worst service ever for any Subway branch. Very rude attitude. Literally said nothing and they just kept having an attitude since i walked to the store I believe They were two Indian Girls. November 23

  Very bad customer service. I went their during my shift break and they had long lined up of customers. There were two employees and both girls were standing on the till. One of them should have helped the customer to make their order but they both didn't cared about the rush. One of the girl was putting her hand on the waist and roaming here and there instead of helping the customers. This is not a good customer service where people are waiting. I waited for half n hour and by then my break was over. Teach them some skills on how to work. Other thing is when I was giving my order, the employee was just making my order like a mess. No care. She was not listening to me at all, how I wanted to customize my sub. I asked her about a sauce and told her three times wait wait wait but she didn't listened me and put it on my sub. You can't handle customer's instructions. First thing you don't care about the rush and if you do then you don't care about the way you are messing up with the order. You should hire more people to handle the rush. These girls, I don't know the name, are annoying. Make them wear their name badge. Also, give them proper training, if you can't then replace them. Their are many hardworking unemployed people looking for jobs out there, HIRE THEM!!! Very disgusting and disrespectful service. Never ever go there again, you will regret. Do pay attention to your reviews and bring some improvement.

  What to say the worst service I have seen by subway staff, at 630pm walked. And asked to you soup NO I am sorry are you making some NO we only can make if if you order 3 Large I was informed that soup is not sold after 3 pm there is a sign and to due food waste ask by manager instructions, I asked what sign sorry sir we took it down.!! I still ordered at the end the girl threw and dropped my 3 sandwiches in the bag, I asked to you always throw like that said no just this time , let say I was very unhappy and disgusted by level of service transaction no 1/A 742729 WILL NEVER BE BACK EVERY AGAIN AND WILL BE SURE TO SHARE WITH FRIENDS FAMILY AND POSTED

  Service slow as hell , one of the employey was rude and stopped after dropping one drop of sauce even when i asked her she kept looking at my face like she’s paying for it herself, no name tags, no professionalism not coming here again

  I wish google had an option to give a 0 star rating because that is exactly what this place is. we were craving subway for the longest time and yesterday my friends and I finally decided to make the much awaited trip to subway at 10pm. The young lady there was extremely rude and had no idea how to deal with customers. We simply asked her to make our sub with double chicken and she explicitly said no thats not possible which is weird, maybe she didnt feel like serving us but that ruined the whole experience for us becauee she was rude and inconsiderate At one point, she literally started shouting at us because we were a little confused with the toppings and she goes like ‘if you dont know what you want, please step outside. I strongly urge subway and the store manager to take action and train the staff well. Never going back to this place and i hope you don’t too
