The entire staff is very good, especially Mehak and Jass — their customer dealing is truly outstanding. They are always very polite and handle customers with great respect. It has been 3–4 years since I started coming to this Subway, and I always get great service here. I truly appreciate their hard work and the way these girls always serve with a smile on their faces. It is very difficult to keep everyone happy all the time. But I truly respect these girls from my heart because they are doing their job in a very excellent way. The girl who was working there was didn’t even bother to say hi she was so arrogant and even she lifted her eyebrows towards me to know what i want worst experience ever even i said hi to her she didn’t even respond me and i think she is not happy with her job i also work in customer service from 1.5 year and I don’t even think to behave like this with our customers and just well train her she needs some training

One of the girls was really busy with her friend and totally ignored the people in the line up. She was so distracted by her friend and she put wrong sauce for the person in front of me. She threw the sandwich away and ended up making new one for him. I was in the line up for 15 minutes. It was really frustrating. I don’t know who owns the place but they need to monitor their employees.
