  This is the best subway because it's a quiet one but also the workers are very aligned with not only each other with customers too. I think it was nikita and the other amazing woman around 1030 on Sunday night. They make the sandwiches for you like how they would eat then. It's just a nice gesture. I hope the management pays them well..exceptional. I have 3 subways close to me in Surrey central but we come to this one always Highly recommend

  Feb 9th close to approx 8 pm I want to commend the worker who was working that night. She was working alone (as her colleague looked like she was on her way out for the day) What I liked the most about the visit was I let her know i wasn’t ready to order, she went to do whatever she was doing. But. The moment I told her I’m ready she instantly stopped what she was doing. And helped me What’s even more impressive. Is I walked in. Asked for the store address. To book my Lyft ride (wait an save up to 15 mins wait…) moment I booked it said coming in “2” mins. Omg I asked her. Can you make it in 2 mins 😂 a healthy bowl with chicken rice and veggies. She said absolutely I can. And she did. She finished making it and rang me up before the Lyft driver showed up. Often times. Fast food services are solo close to end of night. And while they may seem like they might ignore you etc. it’s not that. Anyone that’s worked in food services would understand. Do you realize how much cleaning and prepping and organizing goes into a closing shift. To prep the store for the 4 or 5 am people. It’s a lot of work. To get a smile and such a pleasant attitude was really nice. I did tip. Wish I had some cash on me. I would have tipped this girl a $20. She definitely made the effort and it was noticed and appreciated. I may be in the area in a few weeks. If I see you again at 8 pm…. 🙏 Oh. And the bowl was lovely. Haven’t had a subway in about 5 years.

  The staff have no idea what to do , what to say , I went to your store to pick up an order , girl working at the store informed me that the order is already picked up ! I requested her to if she could remake the order she denied, I asked her again are your guys sure she said yes we are not going to remake the order , i called support after all the waiting and speaking to AI for 12 mins , support called she picked the call and said yes we will remake the order again i had to wait for 10 more mins. Why can’t she tell the truth ??

  Really bad experience from staff. Got insulted by the employees and they dont even know how to attend a customer. Such a bad customer service.

  I always receive excellent service at this Subway whenever I visit. The entire staff is very good, especially Mehak and Jass — their customer dealing is truly outstanding. They are always very polite and handle customers with great respect. It has been 3–4 years since I started coming to this Subway, and I always get great service here. I truly appreciate their hard work and the way these girls always serve with a smile on their faces. It is very difficult to keep everyone happy all the time. But I truly respect these girls from my heart because they are doing their job in a very excellent way. These girls do their job with all their heart.Good job MEHAK and JASS.
