The overall environment and employee behavior did not meet the usual Subway standards. When I placed my order, it felt as though the staff member was doing me a favor rather than providing proper customer service. It also seemed that the employee was not well-trained in sandwich preparation. I truly love Subway sandwiches and often visit other locations where the service and quality are excellent. However, when I checked Google Reviews for this location, I noticed many negative comments. Initially, I planned to order two sandwiches, but after reading the reviews, I decided to order only one—and unfortunately, my experience confirmed those concerns. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving training and customer service. Every reviews , whether positive or negative, helps a business grow.
